In Filipino, 'Mayroon' (or its short form, 'Meron') is used to indicate possession or existence, often followed by a pronoun or location marker to specify who owns or where something exists. For example, 'Mayroon akong kape' means 'I have coffee,' and 'Mayroon bang kape dito?' means 'Is there coffee here?' Adding a pronoun or location marker helps clarify ownership or location.
