When you want to invite someone to eat with you, or if you want to say it’s time to eat, you can use the phrase:

"Kain tayo"

This literally translates to "Eat us", but in natural English, it means "It's time to eat!" or "Let’s eat!"

"Kakain" - Will eat

"Saan" - Where

"Ba" - Question marker

"Na" - Now/Already

"Kami" - We (exclusive)

"Paborito" - Favorite

"Ulam" - Dish

Let’s eat now!
